BIOTHERM Dry Ice Insulated Shipper packaging systems ensure that users are fully compliant to IATA, ADR, & 49 CFR (DOT) transport regulations. These shipping systems are pre-qualified to maintain sample integrity during dry ice shipments from 24 to 240 hours against DGP’s demanding High Performance Dry Ice temperature profile and are tested and qualified in conjunction with DGP Specimen Transport Packaging.

The range are designed to optimise shipping volume and minimise freight costs. BIOTHERM insulated shipping systems have unique sturdy carry handles to enable careful handling throughout the cold chain and a tongue and groove lid and base to enable quick and simple assembly. Pack-out instruction sheets are supplied to ensure correct assembly thus ensuring performance.

The DGP BIOTHERM 2-8°C shipping systems are designed to offer optimal thermal protection for your payload. The range are pre-qualified to maintain strict internal payload temperature of 2-8°C for up to 96 hours against the challenging DGP High performance Summer & Winter test temperature profiles. These rigorous profiles have been developed to give users confidence that the quality and efficacy of their payloads will not be compromised during even the most demanding of global cold chain shipping lanes.

The BIOTHERM range optimises shipping volume thus minimising freight charges. They are designed with simple pack-outs and minimal components to ensure straight forward assembly thus reduce human error during packing. BIOTHERM shipping systems have unique sturdy carry handles to enable careful handling throughout the cold chain and a tongue and groove lid and base to enable quick and simple assembly.

The DGP BIOTHERM range has also been tested and qualified in conjunction with DGP Specimen Transport Packaging.

Designed for use with dry ice, refrigerated (2°C to +8°C) and controlled room temperature shipments (CRT), the BIOTHERM COMBI allows users to ship payloads with different temperature requirements together as a single shipment. This ensures both improved control on shipping cost and chain of custody while allowing users significant flexibility to suit their unique shipping requirements.
