Due to continuing expansion we are are now seeking to fill the following full-time position as soon as possible:
Development Engineer Based in York, UK
The role will involve
- Designing and testing of new packaging systems for our Customers
- Developing new products in association with our packaging component suppliers
- Managing these projects from a starting brief to the finished product and the reporting of validation results
- Providing Technical input to our Sales and Operations teams when needed and offering Technical support to Clients
Candidates should be completely comfortable with standard office PC applications, have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and be a team player.
A Engineering or Scientific background would be ideal. This role may suit a recent graduate or someone with appropriate experience in the pharmaceutical or packaging industries.
Office hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri with one hour lunch break. 20 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays.

The position is based in a rural location at our UK Head Office at Elvington near York and therefore candidates would require their own transport.
